Swedish Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage
30 minutes – £40
Perfect for easing stress and tired, achy muscles in the upper body.
Classic Swedish techniques (long strokes, kneading, friction and gentle stretching) to improve blood flow and release tension in your back, neck and shoulders.
Choice of base oil; uplifting, relax, warming

Indian Head Massage
45 minutes – £50
Ideal for tension headaches, migraines, scalp tightness and neck/shoulder stress.
With acupressure points and circular strokes over the scalp, forehead, neck and shoulders to relax, rebalance and improve circulation.
Includes use of with or without oil and essentials oils for inhalations.

Deep Tissue Massage
60 minutes – £65
Great for deeper muscular tension, “knots”, old strains and sports-related aches.
Uses slower, firmer pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle and fascia, focusing on key areas such as back, legs, arms and shoulders.
Includes a choice of base oils or tiger balm.

Swedish Full Body Massage
60 minutes – £65
A classic full-body treatment to reduce stress, improve circulation and support relaxation.
Combines flowing strokes, gentle kneading and stretching to leave you feeling looser, lighter and more at ease.
Includes a choice of base oils; uplifting, relax, warming ,(if appropriate) essential oils.

Reflexology
60 minutes – £55
Focused foot treatment to relieve tension and support whole-body balance.
Applies pressure to specific reflex points on the feet to encourage your body’s natural healing response and promote deep relaxation. Includes a foot soak prior to treatment.
Includes use of either with talc, with no medium or base oil.

Cupping Massage

60 minutes - £65
Focused full body muscles groups technique that uses suction cups to create a vacuum on the skin, lifting tissues and increasing blood flow to promote healing, reduce muscle tension, and improve flexibility. Great after a sports event or post gym sessions.

Includes a use of base oil, or tiger balm.

Dry Needling (Medical Acupuncture)
£45 – 45/50 minutes

Targeted treatment using fine, sterile needles to release trigger points, reduce muscle tension and support recovery from strains, sport injuries, tissue damage, overuse and postural stress.

This focused session is ideal for specific problem areas such as the neck and shoulders, mid–low back or hips and legs, and can be used alongside exercise and self-care advice to support longer-term change.

Available as a stand-alone session or alongside other care, where clinically appropriate.

Block of Care - Dry Needling

• Performance Reset – 6 sessions – £260
Weekly sessions targeting one key area (e.g. Rhomboids, Lev Scap, deep glutes, neck muscles, Achilles, foot muscles, hamstrings, calves, shoulder rotator cuff muscles).

• Performance Plus – 10 sessions – £430
For longer-term or multi-area issues, or during training blocks where regular DN is helpful.

Blocks are paid upfront, valid for 3–6 months (depending on block size), and follow my 24-hour cancellation policy. Travel fees still apply for extended areas (e.g. Witney/Abingdon/Didcot).

Travel:

• Area covered:
  – Core zone (Headington / Barton / Old Marston) → no extra travel fee
  – Extended (Witney/Didcot/Banbury) → +£5 per visit (travel fee still applies on blocks)

• Payment:
  – Blocks paid upfront by bank transfer
  – Non-refundable, but transferable to another person (if you’re happy with that)

• Validity:
  – 6-session block: valid 3 months from first session
  – 10-session block: valid 5 months from first session

• Cancellations:
  – 24+ hours’ notice: session moved
  – <24 hours / no-show: session counted as used

I’m based in Headington, close to the ring road, making it easy to reach nearby neighbourhoods without needing to drive into central Oxford.

Core Home-Visit Zone (OX3 to 15 miles) – No Travel Fee

All of the following areas are included in the standard treatment price:

• Kidlington

• Old Marston

• Eynsham

• Cumnor

• Cassington

• Yarnton

• Woodstock

• Wheatley

• Garsington

• Boars Hill

• Kennington

• Thame

Extended Home-Visit Zone (15+ miles) – Small Travel Fee

For locations beyond 15 miles, a small additional charge applies to cover travel time and mileage:

• Witney: +£5 per visit

• Carterton: +£5 per visit

• Burford: +£5 per visit

• Banbury: +£5 per visit

• Didcot: +£5 per visit

Group Bookings

If two or more people are booked at the same address on the same day, only one travel fee will be charged.

Central Oxford

Due to the new congestion charging zone and my current vehicle setup, I’m unable to offer mobile visits into central Oxford at this time.

If you’re just outside these zones, please get in touch with your postcode. If you’re within a 20–25 minute drive of Headington, I’ll check availability and confirm any travel costs in advance.

Terms & Conditions - Booking process & Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours’ notice: your deposit can be transferred to another appointment date.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: the 50% deposit is non-refundable to cover the reserved time.

This helps keep the diary running smoothly and ensures I can offer appointments fairly to everyone..

Booking Process & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• The remaining 50% balance is payable on the day of your treatment.

Payments accepted

• Bank transfer (preferred)

• Cash on the day

I do not currently take card payments.

Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a text/email confirmation and a consultation form to complete before your visit.
Please fill this in ahead of time so we can use your full appointment for hands-on treatment.
