Indian Head Massage

With acupressure points and circular strokes over the scalp, forehead, neck and shoulders to relax, rebalance and improve circulation.
Includes use of with or without oil and essentials oils for inhalations.

Uses slower, firmer pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle and fascia, focusing on key areas such as back, legs, arms and shoulders.

Reflexology
60 minutes – £55
Focused foot treatment to relieve tension and support whole-body balance.
Applies pressure to specific reflex points on the feet to encourage your body’s natural healing response and promote deep relaxation. Includes a foot soak prior to treatment.
Includes use of either with talc, with no medium or base oil.

Cupping Massage

Focused full body muscles groups technique that uses suction cups to create a vacuum on the skin, lifting tissues and increasing blood flow to promote healing, reduce muscle tension, and improve flexibility. Great after a sports event or post gym sessions.

Dry Needling (Medical Acupuncture)

Targeted treatment using fine, sterile needles to release trigger points, reduce muscle tension and support recovery from strains, sport injuries, tissue damage, overuse and postural stress.

This focused session is ideal for specific problem areas such as the neck and shoulders, mid–low back or hips and legs, and can be used alongside exercise and self-care advice to support longer-term change.

Available as a stand-alone session or alongside other care, where clinically appropriate.

10 sessions of 60-min dry needling - £550 (save £150)

Focus: Effective long-term care for complex or multi-areas and bigger muscle groups, suffering with chronic stress and injuries.

Ideal for: Sustained support during rehab, training, or recovery

£55 per session

Blocks valid for 3–6 months. 24-hour cancellation policy. Travel fees apply for extended areas (e.g. Witney, Abingdon, Didcot).

• Payment:
  – Blocks paid upfront by bank transfer
  – Non-refundable, but transferable to another person (if you’re happy with that)

• Validity:
  – 6-session block: valid 3 months from first session
  – 10-session block: valid 5 months from first session

• Cancellations:
  – 24+ hours’ notice: session moved
  – <24 hours / no-show: session counted as used

I’m based in Headington, close to the ring road, making it easy to reach nearby neighbourhoods without needing to drive into central Oxford.

Central Oxford

Due to the new congestion charging zone and my current vehicle setup, I’m am able to offer mobile visits into central Oxford with a £5 charging fee.

Core Home-Visit Zone (OX3 to 15 miles) – No Travel Fee

All of the following areas are included in the standard treatment price:

• Headington

• Barton

• Kidlington

• Old Marston

• Eynsham

• Cumnor

• Cassington

• Yarnton

• Woodstock

• Wheatley

• Garsington

• Boars Hill

• Kennington

Extended Home-Visit Zone (15+ miles) – Small Travel Fee

For locations beyond 15 miles, a small additional charge applies to cover travel time and mileage:

• Witney: +£5 per visit

• Carterton: +£5 per visit

• Burford: +£5 per visit

• Banbury: +£5 per visit

• Didcot: +£5 per visit

• Abingdon: +£5 per visit

Group Bookings

If two or more people are booked at the same address on the same day, only one travel fee will be charged.

If you’re just outside these zones, please get in touch with your postcode. If you’re within a 20–25 minute drive of Headington, I’ll check availability and confirm any travel costs in advance.

Terms & Conditions - Booking process & Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours’ notice: your deposit can be transferred to another appointment date.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: the 50% deposit is non-refundable to cover the reserved time.

This helps keep the diary running smoothly and ensures I can offer appointments fairly to everyone..

Booking Process & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• The remaining 50% balance is payable on the day of your treatment.

Payments accepted

• Bank transfer (preferred)

• Cash on the day

I do not currently take card payments.

Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a text/email confirmation and a consultation form to complete before your visit.
Please fill this in ahead of time so we can use your full appointment for hands-on treatment.
