"Look well to the spine for the cause of disease."
— Hippocrates
This timeless insight guides my practice. I believe that the spine is the foundation of nervous system function, and when it’s misaligned, it can disrupt your body’s natural ability to heal. That’s why I take a thorough, evidence-based approach to spinal assessment and care—focusing on identifying and correcting the root causes of discomfort, not just managing symptoms.
This ancient wisdom remains central to my practice. I believe that the body’s ability to heal begins with balance—of structure, function, and mind. That’s why I take a holistic, patient-centred approach to care, focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of discomfort, not just managing symptoms.
At J.A Chiropractic & Wellbeing, I’m passionate about helping you move, feel, and function at your best through evidence-informed chiropractic care and holistic therapy.
I opened my clinic in Bishop’s Cleeve, Cheltenham, where I provided bespoke care for a wide range of neuromusculoskeletal conditions—from everyday aches and postural strain to persistent pain and movement challenges. After a successful period in the clinic, I’ve transitioned to a mobile service based in Oxford, offering chiropractic care, soft-tissue therapy, dry needling, and holistic treatments including massage and reflexology across Oxfordshire and surrounding communities.
I hold a Master’s degree in Chiropractic from McTimoney College of Chiropractic and am registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC). With over 10 years of experience in the health and wellbeing sector, I bring a holistic, patient-centred approach to every care plan. I assess how your spine, joints, muscles, nervous system, and brain are working together to identify the underlying drivers of discomfort and support your overall wellbeing.
No two patients are the same—so every treatment plan is uniquely tailored. Care may include chiropractic spinal and extremity adjustments, soft-tissue and myofascial work, dry needling or medical acupuncture, breathwork, holistic massage, and reflexology—based on your individual needs and clinical findings.
Alongside hands-on care, I place strong emphasis on education and self-management. This includes simple, targeted exercise plans, postural and ergonomic advice, and lifestyle or nutritional guidance to support your body’s natural ability to adapt and heal.
I am currently actively searching for a permanent clinic space in Oxfordshire to open a dedicated, calm, and welcoming environment where patients can receive consistent, high-quality care. In the meantime, my mobile service allows me to continue supporting individuals across the region.
My aim is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel listened to, understood, and empowered—helping you develop confidence in your body and a clearer sense of what your amazing system is truly capable of.
